Reward and Recognition programme

As part of the CAPRISA Reward and Recognition Programme employees can be nominated based on two awards, the CAPRISA Innovation Award and the CAPRISA Achievement Award.

The CAPRISA Innovation Award is awarded for innovative ideas that result in the improvement of organisational systems and processes. The award will be presented to employees who through the development and implementation of novel ideas results in “it being done better” or demonstrates “there was a better way.

The CAPRISA Achievement Award is awarded to employees for their accomplishments and achievements recognised by an external credible individual and /or organisation. This will include scientific membership, research ratings and acknowledgement by a key stakeholder, collaborator or sponsor.
